Description
With the passage of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, small business owners and entrepreneurs in general have been confused and, in many cases, unpleasantly surprised when it came to file their annual taxes during tax season.
As a professional SRT Practitioner in the United States, you are entitled to deduct many of your business expenses from your gross income, but many of us are confused about what expenses we can deduct and which ones we cannot.
In this course, we will do an in-depth exploration of the Schedule C and what you can do before tax season to maximize your deductions without increasing your audit risk. We will also discuss the benefits and risks associated with forming Partnerships, S-Corporations, and C-Corporations, but the majority of the course will focus on the Sole Proprietor.
